Lagarillo de Pedrolo is a property of 7000 m2, completely fenced that is rented in its entirety. Although you can see other villas in the distance, its location is still very secluded and quiet, which means you will have all the privacy in the world.
Details
Everything is spread over one floor, both inside and outside, so you will have everything at hand: the pool, the furnished pergola, the chill out areas or the furnished porch… easy living, easy vacations.
Although it is not specially built for wheelchair users, accessibility should not present a major problem. There is a small step to enter through the front door and to access the porches from the kitchen.
A large living room with two fireplaces to gather in the winter evenings, a well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with closets, comfortable beds and nice bedding.
Two of the bedrooms have a 150 cm bed and the other two have two 90 cm beds.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The villa has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms, although they are rarely used, as the house stays cool in summer.
It also has electric radiators in all rooms. The price of heating is not included and will be billed according to consumption.
We can add some extra beds (90 cm) if needed in some of the bedrooms, which are very spacious.

A great spot if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing getaway with friends & family. The house has amazing views, outdoor entertaining areas, pool and enough room for us all. Note, the house is remote and you will need a car to travel to shops & sites. We travelled with 6 and accommodated us comfortably but the people mover was a hairy drive up a steep hill with tight corners. Loved seeing the shepherd in the early morning with his flock.

This is a house with spectacular view for sunsets and sunrises. It is at 850m height and therefore it is slightly colder than in the cities down. It has lots of areas to relax and is very cosy. Thumbs up for the extra fridge for the drinks! We haven't met Carmen but she was responsive to all our questions.

I think it would be hard to find a better accommodation in the Colmenar area with such ambiance and views. We found the location very suitable for day trips to Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, etc. Also, had one of our better meals of our entire trip at La Taberna de Flores in Colmenar.

Lovely House! Great view, 10min to supermarket, clean, all you need in the house, sweet host. Really good stay.
Maria del Carmen's home is a gem. We spent 6 nights in this beautiful property. It was a good base for exploring the area. We drove to Granada for the day, to Ronda, also Sentinel de las Bodegas and of course Malaga. Because the house is on top of a hill, its very fresh, and you dont need A/C. It was a nice relief when we arrived from our day trips in boiling hot Andalucia. We also used the pool on the hottest days. The area is beautiful with little towns set in picturesque hills and beautiful country roads. It gets less tourism so it was very quiet and pristine. From the house you can see a few of the little towns. We had everything we needed and more. Maria del Carmen was always quick to answer our questions and very friendly. I will definitely recommend this house if you are in the area.
Lagarillo de Pedrolo Rules
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed.
- No more people will be accommodated than have been contracted, including children. The persons in charge of the house may refuse entry if more people stay than the contracted number.
- The houses will be available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a. m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
- Initial service: sheets, towels and general cleaning. For long term stays, bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
- Key collection will take place before 10:00 pm. If you are going to arrive later or need assistance, please call (+34) 649 96 73 07.
- You must fill out and submit the Housing Form and provide a deposit of 500€ to cover possible damages caused to the property.
- No visitors are allowed without authorization from the staff in charge.
- Any deficiencies that the client may find in the rented property must be reported as soon as possible to the person in charge so that they can be corrected.
- Any suggestions you can offer to make your future and other stays more enjoyable would be appreciated.
- The swimming pool is for the reserved use of the farm. Its use by you or your companions is under your sole and exclusive responsibility.
- Do not forget to respect the environment.
